This website is operated by Flixwick Limited, company number 81284837, registered in Hong Kong SAR at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The content on this site
Everything published here is general information about our services. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship on its own.
We keep the content current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or suited to a particular purpose.
Prices and quotations
Prices shown on the pricing page are published in euro and describe the scope stated next to them. A price marked from is a starting point, and the conditions that change it are named on that page.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. An engagement starts when we both sign a written scope, which states the fee, the deliverables and the term, and which prevails over anything published here.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, generated imagery and code of this site belong to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not republish the site or a substantial part of it.
Work produced inside a paid engagement is handled by that engagement's scope. Our standard position is that deliverables and their source files transfer to the client on payment.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a platform or a third party resource, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Liability
To the extent Hong Kong law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you deal with us as a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and it does not affect your right to bring proceedings there.
