A small practice, built around two failures
Flixwick is a small marketing and digital agency working with businesses across the European Union. It exists because the work that moves an SME forward is not complicated, it is just rarely done carefully.

Why the company exists
Most marketing engagements fail in the same two places. The measurement is wrong, so nobody can tell which half of the budget worked. And the creative runs dry, so the account plateaus and the platform quietly spends more for the same result.
We built the practice around those two failures. Every engagement starts with an audit of what is being recorded and how, and every month carries a production batch so the account never runs on one tired asset.
We are new as a company. What is not new is the discipline: the same order of operations every time, written down, agreed with you, and reported against.
What we do, and what we refuse
We do
- Fix the measurement before recommending a budget
- Publish flat fees and hold them
- Produce creative in batches, on a cadence
- Write every page for the query, never machine translate one
- Hand over accounts, files and findings on request
We do not
- Bill a percentage of your media spend
- Sell a channel because it is easy to resell
- Buy links or run engagement farms
- Promise a ranking, a lead count or a return we cannot control
- Lock the work behind tools only we can open
How the work is actually run
One order of operations
Audit, then plan, then run, then review. The sequence does not change because a launch date is close.
Written decisions
Budget splits, conversion definitions and creative direction are agreed in writing, so nobody relitigates them later.
Batch production
Creative is produced in monthly cycles, which is the only way volume stays affordable and consistent.
Plain reporting
One monthly view with spend, outcomes and cost per outcome. No dashboard tours.

How we are set up
Flixwick is deliberately small. The people who audit your account are the people who run it, and the production capacity is contracted in against a named plan rather than carried as overhead. That is why the fees hold and why we cap how many accounts run at once.
